1. Contest Period:
The Automator AI Launch Party Contest ("Contest") begins on October 23, 2024, at 12:00 AM (Arizona Time) and ends on October 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Arizona Time).
2. Eligibility:
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BotBuilders, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants may either:
Automatically enter by purchasing Automator AI or starting a free trial of Automator AI before or during the Contest Period.Enter without purchase by sending an email with your full name and contact details [email protected] the subject line "Automator AI Launch Party Contest Entry" during the Contest Period.
Limit one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries from the same household will result in disqualification.
4. Prizes:
The following prizes will be awarded during the live webcast on October 30, 2024:

Additional prizes will be announced during the live broadcast on October 30, 2024. To be eligible for these additional prizes, participants must be present on the live webcast.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries during a live webcast on October 30, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
6. Notification and Claiming of Prizes:
Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided with their entry. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the specified time period, or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Disqualification:
BotBuilders reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for any other conduct that violates these Official Rules.
8. Liability and Disclaimer:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless BotBuilders, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
BotBuilders is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
9. Governing Law:
The Contest and its Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
